Skills that will be taught:
Reading, writing, oral comprehension and oral production. For each theme approached the relevant vocabulary and grammar will be introduced and we will also work on pronunciation and fluency.
Methodology:
We will use the Communicative approach which main goal is to prepare students to be confident communicators in different real-life contexts, through student-student interaction by role-playing and doing collaborative tasks.
Two months courses: online February and March/ mid-April to mid-June / October and November
Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays from 7pm to 8pm

Inês Saraiva e Sousa
Inês loves languages. She is Portuguese, fluent both in English and French and has a good level of Italian and Spanish. She started teaching Portuguese as a Foreign Language eight years ago first in Washington DC in a few organizations amongst which the Foreign Service Institute and then in Paris, at Instituto Camões, the official institution in charge of the promotion of the Portuguese language and culture around the world. She enjoys teaching both in person and through zoom and she is now doing a Masters Degree on Portuguese as a Foreign Language.
